Breakup and Sick

Last night me and my girlfriend broke up... she felt like she was "missing" out on things in college by having a long term relationship. Yesterday about 12pm I started feeling extremely sick and out of it. I woke up today feeling like death - soar throat, flu like symptoms, muscle aches, and general fatigue. Icing on the cake.
