Jogging vs Weight Loss

I love to jog - it's something that I began Freshman year college. My friend John inspired me to begin running. Daily, we would run together through Thompson Point Woods, mostly at night, with our iPods. During high school I had little to no physical activity, so once I began running (mixed with horrible cafeteria food I didn't eat) - I lost 35 pounds in less than a semester. To this day I jog weekly, although I've unfortunately had to decrease the amount I jog because I continue to loose weight! This is pastime helps me with my anxiety problem and gets my mind off things, also seems to boost my mood. It's a shame I cannot run daily like I used to... Jogging vs Weight Loss |
