Dealing With India
Posted Friday, November 21, 2008 in Business
Everyday I sign online, I get about 10 messages from different teams I work with now. My teams handle everything from captcha entry to graphic design. I beginning to think I can speak broken English better than them now... ugh. These teams are a necessity for me to keep operating efficiently. Outsourcing as much grunt work as possible is a goal for me - by moving everything from SEO to basic PPC to India. This gives me time to think of new campaigns to experiment with. Staying on the creative end of my business is something that I need to always do. Doing basic, mindless work will stunt the growth of my company. For the last few months I've also been helping several friends of mine with reorganization of their business model by dividing up some of the work by using my teams. Everybody gets more money, and everyone is happy - and you all know how serious I am when it comes to making that quap. Dealing With India
Ryan wonders where I go from here.
